GLOBAL EXPERIENCE
Operational Effectiveness & Organizational Design
Having honed my skills at improving operational effectiveness in the Canadian markets I was asked to work with new General Managers for other regions throughout my tenure at Travelzoo and in 2019 to provide strategic recommendations on Travelzoo's Asia -Pacific business. Based on this success, I was asked to take over Travelzoo's largest market as General Manager, US in early 2020 to restructure that organization and return it to growth.
