TRADE COMMUNICATIONS
It was important to have multiple touch points with advertising partners and industry organizations to provide support and thought leadership through multiple channels. As GM, I was called on often to speak at trade events, or organize round tables with other CEOs and travel executives as well as presenting a series of webinars to provide insight and recommendations based on Travelzoo's intent or booking data. All trade events and communications were underpinned with a robust CRM strategy to ensure effective follow-up, to track efficacy of the programs and to assist in forecasting.
