ASIA PACIFIC STRATEGIC & OPERATIONAL REVIEW & RECOMMENDATIONS
I was enlisted by the Founder and CEO to review the China operations and provide strategic and operational recommendations to both the Managing Director and the Consulting team on how Travelzoo should proceed with the Asia Pacific business.

STRATEGIC PRODUCT ROADMAP
Provided a review of current and proposed future products to determine which added value to stakeholders and propose the future product road map for Travelzoo globally.

GLOBAL CRM STANDARDIZATION
Guided the various departments to standardize and optimize the usage of SalesForce within the US organization, allowing for transparent reporting on activity, revenue in the pipeline, and forecast for current and future quarters as well as efficacy of trade marketing initiatives. This was then rolled out to Canada and adopted as the global standard.
