Over the past two decades, I have led customer, brand, revenue, and operational transformation across media, digital platform, and premium travel businesses, including executive leadership roles at TVO and Travelzoo. My work has focused on strengthening customer relevance, modernizing trusted brands for future audiences, and building scalable growth strategies grounded in what customers truly value.

I have led through both growth and crisis, from leading Travelzoo Canada’s rapid expansion, to guiding Travelzoo’s U.S. business through one of the most volatile periods in modern travel history while supporting global travel and hospitality partners, to repositioning TVO for strategic growth audiences through its first enterprise-wide brand transformation.
